On Monday, GIAS and the International Bar Association Arb40 organized a #GAM2025 workshop on The Art of Impactful Opening Statements. Arif Hyder Ali delivered a keynote address on the subject, highlighting the importance of preserving one's authenticity. Then, Maria Camila Rincón and Fabio Nú?ez del Prado presented their opening statements for a mock hearing on jurisdiction. The Tribunal, formed by Gaela Gehring Flores, Alexandre de Gramont, and María Carolina Durán, gave feedback to the speakers and answered questions from the audience.
