Our hearts are with the people of Asheville, a community we visited just before the devastation of Hurricane Helene. Visiting this vibrant city recently makes the destruction that much more heartbreaking for our team. These photos from our annual firm retreat at the Biltmore Estate, where we celebrated another year of GAEA, may show a happy team, but reflecting on these celebrations feels bittersweet given the circumstances. Still, there was much to celebrate, as our team earned this trip with their hard work and dedication on every project. As the city and others affected begin the long process of recovery, our thoughts go out to the individuals and families in these communities ?? #AshevilleStrong
