GEODNET is building the worlds largest Real Time Kinematic (RTK) network - a solution that is up to 25x more accurate than standard GPS. Customers today include agriculture and autonomous vehicles ie. farming and mining. The market tomorrow becomes all autonomous transport (sky, land and sea), drones and robots. Customers told us that Geodnet corrections can "save them millions in incident avoidance". ? In January 2025, Geodnet became the world's largest RTK network boasting:, * >13k active satellite miners worldwide. * Infrastructure now spans more than 140 countries and 4k cities. * ~220% network growth in for the year. Geodnet uses token incentives to overcome these barriers to scale - namely the capital formation and workforce coordination requirements. $GEOD tokens are given to participants that set-up satellites and provide location data to the network. Our estimation is that the payback period to set-up a station is only 4 months. ? As customers use the network (location corrections) they pay Geodnet in $ which are used to buy-back-and-burn $GEOD tokens, offsetting the supply inflation. The team's ability to increase demand for corrections has resulted in Q4 2024 buy-back-and-burn reaching an all-time high, 54% year-on-year (or 463% in USD terms). We like Geodnet because the team are industry stalwarts who are a) solving a real problem that b) customers are willing to pay for by c) using a Decentralised Physical Infrastructure Network (#DePIN) business model to overcome traditional barriers to scale.
