At Genworth and CareScout, our 13 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) connect co-workers who share affinities, characteristics, life experiences, or who are interested in supporting these groups as allies. Our ERG leaders gathered in our Richmond office for sessions focused on professional development, networking, and strategic planning. They also wore their craziest socks as part of the Lots of Socks campaign to raise awareness for World Down Syndrome Day.
