In 2024, Genric promoted Dan Loehr, a Genric employee since 2015, to Director of Operations. Before Genric, Dan was in the US Army for 8 years.?He served as a sergeant and spent 13 months in Iraq between 2008 and 2009.?After his service, Dan worked in Corrections and Probation in the state of Ohio while simultaneously obtaining his bachelor's degree in criminal justice. Dan joined Genric as a Responder at a client site.?In less than a year, he was promoted to a Lead Responder position.?A year later, he stepped up into the role of Site Manager.?During his tenure, he became a project manager and implemented our K9 Program and has continuously improved our procedures. In 2021, he was tasked with being the Operations Manager for all of Genric's Cannabis clients.?After three years in that position, he earned another promotion, the role he has now, as Director of Operations. We are proud to be part of Dan's career and look forward to being front row for his successes as Director of Operations.

Last week, members of the Genric Sales team represented well a Consultive Selling and Prospecting workshop. We are excited to put what we learned into practice and to better find security solutions for our clients.
