We are pleased to share that we are making progress in restoring full operations at our Asheville, NC location following Hurricane Helene. We deeply appreciate your patience during this time. Important Updates: -If you have already collected samples, and they are within stability, please ship them now along with a note indicating how they were stored. If you aren't sure if your stored samples are valid, it's best to order a new collection pack. -For new collections, we ask that you hold off on shipping until Monday, October 14, so our team can prioritize processing samples nearing their stability limits. -As we continue to process samples, we are using conservative standards to ensure the accuracy and validity of all results. If any samples fall outside of the stability or storage guidelines, we will automatically issue a new collection kit to the patient’s address on file. -For those awaiting test results, we are working to make these available as soon as possible! While our customer service phone lines are currently on a messaging system, please know that health practitioners can reach out directly to their sales representatives for any further information or assistance. Hurricane Helene has caused internet and phone interruptions at Genova HQ in Asheville, NC, which may temporarily affect our website. We are grateful to report our lab is located away from floodwaters and remains operational with backup generators in place. FedEx service interruptions are expected and we're working hard to account for any delays.
