The Genome Engineering and Stem Cell Center (GESC) facilitates functional genomic studies through the use of patient-derived iPSCs and the generation of modified cells and organisms using genome editing technologies. GESC offers a wide range of services including custom cell line engineering, patient-derived iPSC engineering, next-generation sequencing, CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing reagent validation, and reagent production for custom-engineered mutant mouse lines.
