This past week, I had the honor of speaking at the Genesys Works Houston Inaugural Intern “Signing Day”?? hosted at United Way of Greater Houston As an alum of the Genesys Works organization, I am proof that it only takes ONE opportunity to create the impact of a lifetime. ?? GW has a mission to provide pathways for high school students in underserved communities and this opportunity goes beyond just the year-long internship with one of our corporate partners, but instead the lifelong value of mentors who are investing in the future. ?? I briefly spoke about “Imposters Syndrome” using symbolism from the classic Pixar film, “Ratatouille”?? I selected this specifically because I resonated with this feeling when I first started at Williams. Today, I am still great friends with the entire NWP family and continue to lean on them for advice, while getting the privilege to attend events as an alumn, with companies like Williams.

We’re excited to introduce Arianna Alvarez, a Genesys Works Houston intern, who will be working with our Gas Scheduling Department! Her internship marks an exciting step in her professional journey, and we’re thrilled to support her growth and development.
