The Genesis Homes brand focuses on affordable single-family homes, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and offsite building components for builders and developers. Using innovative solutions, we build sustainable homes and home components for builders, developers and housing innovators out of 23 manufacturing facilities across the U.S. We’re a dedicated team of engineers, designers, architects and professional labor crews relentlessly focused on the dream of home ownership for everyone. The new lineup of Genesis models will consist of eleven ranches designed for residential lots and planned developments. A second series of five ADUs, equipped with smart home technology and modern finishes, has been developed to meet the growing demand for back-yard units in regions where municipalities are re-writing zoning laws.

    Joanna Schwartz, CEO of Quartz Properties, shares her experience working with Genesis? on the Belle Meadow development in Asheville, NC. This 90-unit modular development is one of the first build-to-rent projects in the area. “We’re so happy that, through modular, we’re going to be able to deliver 90 beautiful units within a year of vertical construction. The floorplans and the designs of each of these houses is a culmination of the five years of work that we’ve already done with Champion on our other projects. We took all of the best aspects from before and even improved upon them and made them better.”

  • Project spotlight: Experience elevated living with the Mammoth Park. This triple-section, 1,887-square-foot manufactured home from our Chandler, Arizona, manufacturing facility has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Mammoth Park was displayed by Genesis? at the NAHB International Builders’ Show? in Las Vegas in 2023. As a CrossMod?, or crossover modern home, it has contemporary black siding with ChemClad? accent siding at the entry, plus a site-built garage.   • Chamberlin Ranch, a contemporary manufactured home development in Dale, Texas, features modern double-section and triple-section homes from Genesis?. These homes were built according to the HUD code in our Athens, Texas, facility. The first model in the development, the Olivia, has beautiful design elements like white vinyl siding, crown molding, and two-toned kitchen cabinets. How do we do it? We work while you work. As we construct the homes in the factory, you prepare the sites for delivery.
