Since opening in 2003, we have expanded from a Fire Sprinkler subcontractor doing small leases to large high rise projects around the DFW metroplex to a company who can provide Life Safety systems for any size or type. We have completed projects in 15 states and ALL OVER TEXAS! All Nicet Certified Designers. We have a team of people who specialize in Mixed Use High-Rise projects. Our team of professionals is also proficient in handling projects of any size. We have Project Managers, Designers, and Field Technicians that continually handle tenant finish out or small remodel projects. . And we do everything in between. We give the attention and care necessary for every project that is awarded to us.

Building Safety Property managers have a lot on their plates these days. We want to help lighten that load. At Genesis Fire, the safety of your building and its occupants (employees/tenants) are our number one priority. As such, we are offering to conduct Floor Warden training classes free of charge through the end of 2024 regardless of the size of your building and whether you are a current customer or not. The class is a PowerPoint presentation that lasts approximately one hour and will be done at your building. Topics covered will be what to do in the event of a fire alarm, medical emergency, elevator entrapment, severe weather, office 'creepers', bomb threat, and active shooter. We will also demonstrate how to discharge a fire extinguisher. Don't have the media that a laptop can connect to? No problem, we can bring a projector. The perfect time to hold the class is two to four weeks prior to a fire drill.
