As we near the end of the year we have a gap in our schedule, so if you have a project that needs quick attention now is a great time to get in the queue. We will get very busy here right after the election then we will be booking out into the second and third Qtr. of 2025. Otherwise, happy fall and looking forward to winter!

Good morning, folks. We shipped another project out the door. always nice to send them off to their new home.

Here we go another set of machines shipping out the door. Some custom vinyl window operations needed by a client. A dual router table with a drilling operation and second station for a weep hole punch, for two different products.

This is another Fun one we are just wrapping up this CNC demo build for FabTech. Next it will be headed off for Branding and Final Dressing, where it will get skirts and logos and some fancy Lexan guarding. Then crated to ship off to Fabtech. look for it in the Beckhoff Booth!

now we can ship two more off to paint and start the next two builds. this has been a slow year with all the uncertainty with the election. but things seem to be picking up again.

finally, this has taken a month to get organized, but we are shipping this machine to Dubai, getting all the paperwork and organizing payment and shipping has been interesting at best. But it's loaded and gone!

Happy July, I hope everyone is gearing up for the fourth of July holiday! as you are planning your summer, if space is involved, we find ourselves with 2,000-3,000 extra square feet we are looking to sublet. we would like someone who is just needing simple storage space, our ceilings are a bit low so nothing tall is going to fit, we have 11" clear in most of the building. only have a 9-foot drive in door and a dock high door that is 10 feet high. shared access aisles and doors, so can't block any of them. we are looking at 420.00 sq/ft gross no CAM's and short term or month to month is acceptable. in golden by the fairgrounds.

in case you can't make it to SLAS, here is a video of the machine. it uses Beckhoff, X-Planar as movers, we created a lightweight fixture like a small forklift to load and unload Lab Equipment. this demonstrates two machines operating with it, but it should work on all models that use this tolling profile. Our design is fully modular so you can add as many X-Planar tiles and movers as required and them add Lab Machines down the sides to create a fully automated sampling process. this replaces robots and conveyors and gives much more flexibility in path planning and interface capabilities.

So today we are finally shipping the final five of these been waiting on backordered parts. fortunately, our client wasn't in desperate need of them. seams our vendors are finally catching up after the holidays and other supply disruptions since Covid. we got three more projects we are playing catch up on and them we can focus on new 2024 projects.
