We are pleased to announce that Genesis Companies, LLC and Lemor Development Group closed on financing $384 million in capital repairs for the Fred Sam Apartments in Harlem last week! Thank you to all of our partners, including NYCHA Real Estate Development Monadnock Construction, Inc. and VPH Management Service LLC, but especially the residents of Fred Sam Apartments. Our project team will be delivering repairs and renovations to more than 660 homes across 40 buildings while addressing tenants’ needs today. VPH Management had a wonderful time with the residents of the Frederick Samuel Apartments at our third annual Holiday Hill Summer Trip! More than 100 Harlemites came out for a fun-filled afternoon full of food, games, activities and much more!
