?? Honoring Memories & Finding Comfort Through Reflection ?? Residents at Renaissance West came together for a Memory Jar Activity with the The HAP Foundation, creating a space to reflect, share, and celebrate the memories of loved ones. Ms. Lori shared the beautiful memory jar she made in honor of her mother, who passed away last year. As her mother’s caregiver, Ms. Lori spent so much time with her, making the past few months especially challenging. Despite this, she quickly filled her jar with happy memories, decorating it with a cherished photo of her mother. This activity was a powerful reminder that love and memories live on. ??
