The combined organization significantly expands Pyramid’s European footprint, adding over 30 properties to its portfolio, totaling 48 hotels with more than 8,000 keys. In planning The Enclaves at Nacascolo Bay, iconic Costa Rican architect Ronald Zürcher reimagined the design of the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Private Villa for multi-generational vacations – today's common travel trend. After months of design development, floor area and outdoor living space were added and materials with higher recycled content were incorporated. Construction is now underway for delivery in 2025.
