GenCap Construction Corp. was established to promote a new vision for construction project delivery, specializing in design-assist and design-build delivery methods for both the private and public sectors. We have extensive experience in the mixed-use, multi-family and commercial/retail/office tenant improvement markets., as well as hospitality, higher education, health care, municipal and civil/infrastructure construction delivery. We are a diverse, experienced, professional team of individuals who are not only passionate about the projects they serve, but are invested in the future of our privately-owned company. Our company culture is employee-centered, financially responsible, innovation-focused, and values based to client needs-and it shows. Siteline was an incredible project to be involved with in Downtown Seattle, along with the Space Needle Headquarters TI. We had a fantastic time at our recent "Celebratory Premiere" of Siteline in Seattle! Our evening's special guests - Ethan Stowell with his delicious crudo, Dozfy with a live mural art show, and Jazz Overhaul performing smooth Seattle grunge - made the night one to remember! We'd like to say thank you to GenCap Construction Corp., Encore Architects, and all of our partners who have been a part of making Siteline a great success. And we'd like to extend a huge shout-out to Insite Property Solutions for the exceptional lease-up success at Siteline and for putting on another great event! Siteline is our organization's first project in Downtown Seattle, with 214 units (43 MFTE), and over 50,000 SF of commercial retail and office space. As the launchpad for everything Uptown and the emerging sports and entertainment district has to offer, Siteline is an award-winning place to connect with every iconic inch of this district... and beyond. #TurningSpacesIntoPlaces
