    Slow down. Give it time to develop and then nurture it. Just like most things, affiliate/creator marketing efforts are not immediate success. Sure you hear the wildly successful TikTok stories. What you probably don't hear is how many test & learns and 'failed' strategies were met along the way before they landed on that right mix. Set yourself up for success by building out program fundamentals and sound measurement frameworks so that you can really evaluate each partner, each channel and each content format to find what works and then double down. Some key take-aways: 1?? Start by onboarding to TikTok Shop and an affiliate platform like impact.com, Rakuten, Awin Global or CJ Affiliate 2?? Onboard a large variety of creators across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube so that you can be present across channels 3?? Ensure you work with a partner like gen.video that can guide you in how to set up a program that scales over time 4?? Think about tiered payment models that include commissions, fixed fees and bonuses based on meeting varies milestones and goals Most importantly... ensure the creators you partner with really enjoy your product and are true brand fans.     Is creator commerce a fit for your brand? Maybe. My advice is step into it with intention. You can't expect success over night and each brand will have it's own blueprint for success. That's why it's important to think about the structure, expectations and timing for results before getting started. Here are 3 tips for getting started: 1?? Define clear commission structures and benchmarks 2?? Identify and onboard a mix of affiliates and creators 3?? Provide products to help get the flywheel going Remember, this is a process and a program that will be optimized over time. You have to give it time to grow and be nurtured. Success can be achieved over time and sometime where you least expect it.
