The HIA-LI Women's Leadership Conference was an incredible gathering of over 400 attendees, all there to gain insights from an impressive lineup of speakers. Kicking off with an inspiring keynote by Linda A. from Bethpage Federal Credit Union, who set the stage for motivational breakout sessions, an engaging panel discussion moderated by Domenique Moran and featuring women leaders: Tracey Edwards, Christine Flaherty, Carolyn Mazzenga, Gwen O'Shea, and Lauren Nichols and concluded with an engaging fireside between Kristen Reynolds, CDME of Discover Long Island and Erin Colton from News 12 Long Island. This uplifting event reinforced key lessons: - Know and own your worth - Embrace your authentic self - Understanding that career paths are not always linear—unexpected turns are part of the journey, it’s okay to welcome them.
