We're proud to be home to ERGs like Jades (our Asian Gems), Prisms (our LGBTQ identified Gems), and Obsidian (our Black Gems); we regularly run anonymous surveys to ensure all of our Gems feel a strong sense of belonging; and we hold company-wide DE&I forums to respond to what's happening outside Gem's doors.

We're excited to announce that we are opening up a brand new office space for our Gems who want to come back to one. Many of our Gems can't wait to return to the office and resume the fun environment that makes Gem a great place to work. We are still offering all Gems the flexibility of choosing where they would like to work from this year but this new office space has stirred up a lot of excitement among us...and yes Geoff, it has a gym and a shower :)
