CT Turner, GED's Vice President, Global Operations and Assessment Services, visited Thailand from January 20-21, engaging in meaningful discussions and exchanging valuable insights with our partners, testing centers, and students in Chiang Mai and Bangkok. The visit began at Payap University, one of our esteemed testing centers in Chiang Mai, where CT met with Mr. Apicha Pinsuwan, President of Payap University, and Dr. Jaranya Theppornbanchakit, Director of the Language Enhancement Center, to explore opportunities for further collaboration and strengthen our partnership. Next, he visited King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), another prominent testing center in Bangkok, where he had the privilege of meeting Assistant Professor Dr. Natjiree Jaturapitakkul, Dean of the School of Liberal Arts. CT also connected with our dedicated prep partners, including WSC, Aims School, and House of Griffin. These meetings provided an excellent platform for gaining insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by our partners and identifying ways to enhance the GED program to better support students on their educational journeys. We are grateful for the warm welcome from our partners and their invaluable contributions in making the GED a trusted pathway to higher education.
