Today, we’re proud to spotlight our Safety Lead, Ray Aaron, a veteran whose safety career began in the military. Ray shares, "I began my safety career in the military as a Quality Control Inspector, working on a range of aircraft, including attack helicopters. During this time, I gained valuable experience in identifying safety issues and ensuring compliance. After completing my military service, I continued in Quality Assurance, where safety and customer satisfaction became the foundation of my efforts to meet and exceed expectations. I am passionate about teaching and mentoring others, helping them succeed, and setting a positive example. I believe that continuous learning is essential for shaping one's path and achieving long-term success."
