    Treat your homepage like a storefront. What’s the one thing you can put front and center to get people to “come in”?     “What is it?” — A simple question that trips up countless product teams. They might respond with outcomes like, “It makes your team more efficient,” or buzzwords like, “It’s an AI-powered platform.” Neither answer actually explains what the product is though. Anthony Pierri ?? suggests answering in one of two ways: 1. Category-based positioning: Define the category your product belongs to and aim to be the best tool within it. 1. Use case-based positioning: Focus on the specific activity your product supports and show how it's the best tool for that.
