Running a small business is not for the faint of heart. It is arduous, and the heavy responsibility to clients and employees is always present - even on vacation! It has been said that there are no working hours for leaders. Over the past 27 years, I have seen this to be so very true. Luckily, Tim has boundless energy and the ability to face challenges head on and come up with innovative ways to overcome them. He is honest, kind, hard-working and always looking out for others. These qualities have made him the successful businessman and community leader that he is today. I am so very proud of him!
