Every time I exit the Kennedy expressway at Ogden and pass this building, it makes me smile. This was one of GC Roofing's very first projects back in 2018. A complete tear-off , 160'+ up in the air, no parapets, sandwiched between the expressway and a major avenue. Sometimes it's a benefit not knowing what you don't know. I wonder if I would have had the nerve to go after this project otherwise.
