WOW! GBTA | Upstate New York Education Day 2024 is in the books, and it was GREAT! From singing our GBTA song, to learning about technology, understanding what will be important to the next generation of hospitality employees, to half plate healthy and keeping our travelers safe based on their profile, it was jammed packed with so much valuable content! Big thank YOU to the entire Education Day Committee, Sara Mendola, Laura-Ann Wood, Kelly Luckey, Elise Antonelli, GTP and Paula Detran and our chapter president,Kevin Barwell. GBTA Education Day Attendees! We are excited to see you tomorrow at our Upstate NY GBTA, Education Day, at RIT Lobozzo Alumni House, 232 Andrews Memorial Drive, Rochester, NY 14623 Couple reminders! Icebreaker-Please bring with you (in mind) a source of JOY to share! This can be name of a song, podcast, book, etc! Bring some cash for the great raffles! Grand Prize:?2 Tickets on Southwest Airlines and Airport Transportation courtesy of Giorgios. Tickets will be: $5 each or 5 for $20! Raffle Prizes Include: Westin Buffalo Gift Basket; Two $25 Wegmans Gift Cards, and Syracuse Airport Lounge Passes for two. Tickets will be: $3 each or 4 for $10.
