Explore the striking design of the Carolina One Sales Office, completed in 2018 and situated between Cane Bay and Nexton! ?? From the sloping forms over the entry to the dramatic corner cube element, this project sets a new standard for the area. The contemporary color palette with warm stained wood accents at the entry corner, along with the inviting courtyard in the rear, make this one-story facility a standout. It includes offices, a training room, conference rooms, a gathering space, and a break room area, offering a perfect blend of functionality and aesthetics. With the new school year upon us, the 11,058 SF eight-classroom, two-story addition at Carolina Park Elementary School is ready to welcome students.? Hill partnered with GBA Architecture on this design-build project for Charleston County School District (CCSD) in the Town of Mount Pleasant.?The project also included a new access corridor and group restrooms on the 2nd floor of the existing school. From sitework to interior finishes, every detail has been carefully crafted to enhance the learning environment for generations to come. Excited to share our latest project Reforme!?? We've transformed the third-floor suite in a sleek new office building near the Ravenel Bridge, Mt Pleasant, SC, into a modern dermatology clinic. The design features clean lines, a soothing material palette, and a strategic use of glass to enhance transparency and natural light. The layout includes 6 exam rooms surrounding a central nurse station, along with offices, a lab, breakroom, and a welcoming reception area.
