GB Reman participated in the CAWA 2025 Winter Educational Forum this week joining manufacturers from California, Nevada, and Arizona. Today’s session featured a panel of top-tier shop owners from the Automotive Service Council of California and led to a very open and honest conversation between shop owners and manufacturers. We discussed things like part quality, customer perception and cost tendencies, the importance of technical training, and bridging the gap with the next generation of technicians. One thing was crystal clear: manufacturers and shop owners are on the same team, working hard to get people back on the road with great parts and great service. As a young leader in a role often held by industry veterans, Andrew brings a fresh perspective and unwavering commitment to delivering premium gasoline and diesel fuel injection products while driving business growth. With 15 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket, Andrew credits YANG with shaping his professional journey through invaluable networking and opportunities. Inspired by YANG's impact, he now serves as a council member, eager to give back and support the next generation of industry professionals. Andrew excels at bridging generational gaps and building meaningful relationships—skills he leverages to advance the council’s initiatives and ensure young professionals thrive in the industry. Based in Huntington Beach, CA, Andrew balances his professional role with being a devoted husband and father of two young boys. In addition to his career, he volunteers as a youth baseball coach, further honing his leadership skills. Outside of work, you’ll find him traveling with his family or enjoying a round of golf. Andrew’s favorite quote, “In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity” – Albert Einstein, reflects his dedication to growth and resilience.
