GAZING RED2BLUE

November has been one hell of a month as we moved from sunny autumn to snowy winter. I was delighted to be part of @Graysteamsports and hosting at the recent England Internationals, the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) Young Lions Education Support, at the Heads of Rugby Confernce delivered by PADSIS: The Professional Association of Directors of Sport in Independent Schools, as well as being across a number of other projects. It has also been a busy month delivering GAZING RED2BLUE to a number of organisations and individuals. Mindset continues to be part of conversations when it comes to performance under pressure, and that most pressure we come under is predictable. It has been a fantastic to be back working at @bickleyparkschool helping their estates team work towards becoming more efficient and input robust systems as processes. They are a special community and it’s great to be part of what is a wonderful school. I am also involved in an exciting project involving a National League Rugby Club. Watch this space for more details on this and how we are hoping to change the landscape when it comes to building sustainable commercial facilities that benefit whole communities. Last night topped the month off with a brilliant evening at the JRF launch event. A wonderful opportunity to celebrate the work of such a fantastic charity and hear from Rochelle (Rocky) Clark MBE and @jasonrobinson on their journeys. I don’t mention my family often, but in between working, spending time with my two remains the best part of each day and helps recharge the batteries. Roll on Christmas!!!
