Congrats to finance students Nathan Marshall (MSF '25), Ethan Poliner (MSF '25), and Eliot Glein (MSF '25) for winning first place in last weekend’s stock pitch competition at the University of Southern California and hosted by USC’s Value Investing Group. USC VIG’s Undergraduate Stock Pitch Conference provides 15 teams from around the world the opportunity to build an investment thesis, present it to investment professionals, and compete against the best undergraduates in investment analysis, all while building their professional network.

#UF recently hosted students from 24 universities during the inaugural Florida Investment Conference. Participants attended networking sessions, competed in a stock pitch competition, and heard from industry-leading panelists about career planning in finance and investing strategies. The keynote address on macro investing was given by James Fishback, Co-Founder of Azoria Partners. Along with Ethan Poliner(BSBA ’24, MSF ’25), Eliot Glein (BSBA ’24, MSF ’25) and Nathan Marshall (BSBA ’24, MSF ’25) co-directed the event, Josiah Park (BSBA ’26) ran logistics and Reeya Patel (BSBA ’25) performed event marketing, working together to bring the conference to life.
