At the Warrington Welcome Professional Development Summit, Gator Ready hosted a paper airplane making competition workshop! This activity's goal was to build students' teamwork, critical thinking, and communication skills by working together to achieve a common goal. Gator Ready's goal is to gamify competency development, and this workshop did exactly that! We also tabled at the Organizations and Resources Fair and focused on our new recruitment efforts! We hope all students had a great time and learned about the benefits of using Gator Ready!

Gator Ready Highlight- The ePortfilio! The Gator Ready platform allows students to develop an ePortfolio including all events they have gone to, tasks they have completed, or anything that has helped further their academic and professional growth over time. We believe the ePortfolio is one of the most useful aspects of Gator Ready as students can reference all that they have done to showcase to teachers, future employers, and advisors, all in one place! Students can show real life examples of how they have developed their competencies through their actions!
