Most people think you have to hand strike or vibrastrike radiant heated floors. Our S940 just completed it’s 3rd radiant heated floor in the last 3 months. This is the second shop floor completed for this customer. These aren’t the easiest but the crew fought through and got it done.

Another one knocked out with the pump and screed ?? GCS was set up to just screed this one but when there was a pump cancelation 16 hours before the pour, we stepped in to help out. Our 36M pump didn't have quite enough reach to cover it all but we set clear expectations and came up with a solution for the contractor. Without rebar, we were able to use two 20' sections of hose to reach the furthest point. It makes it much harder for the guys but in a situation like this, it was the best solution. We learned early on (the hard way) to set clear expectations and never over promise. Just one of the ways that we try to set ourselves apart.

A scene that never gets old. Crews were out early to get this new shop floor poured in Carlyle, IL. The Putzmeister paired with the 940 knocked out this 12,000sf slab right at 4 hours. The final push to get concrete projects completed before winter and of the end of the year hits, is here. Pumped and screeded this elevated deck in for a local business this week. Once again the 940 knocking the job out.

940 laser screed doing exactly what it was designed to do. 12” thick, double mat rebar foundation for a transformer. Some questions were brought up prior to placing the screed on the rebar. Will the rebar handle the load? Will the rebar be bent or deformed? The answer to these was no. Weighing just 1800lbs, large atv tires, and the right operator, there were no issues with any of the above questions. #Somero designed this machine for this exact situation. An out of town contractor called us the evening before and needed a pump. With weather uncertainty, we had an opening and were able to help them out. This 3-bay fire station should be ready in a few months to help serve their community.
