This time it is about the HAIMER's Shrink-Fit Machine and Tool Presetter. ???Haimer Shrink-Fit Machine – By leveraging controlled thermal expansion, this machine guarantees a secure and concentric tool fit, enhancing performance, longevity, and repeatability in our machining processes. ?? Haimer Tool Presetter – With an advanced optical measuring system, this machine ensures that every tool is precisely measured and preset before use, minimizing setup errors and maximizing machining accuracy. This combination enhances process reliability, reduces setup time, and ensures every cut meets the highest precision standards. We work with precision! ?? A coordinate measuring machine is a cornerstone of high-precision manufacturing, measuring the geometry of components with micron accuracy. Ensuring measurement accuracy is critical in space applications, where tolerances are often measured in microns. Though the calibration is not just routine - it’s fundamental to guaranteeing the reliability of every part we produce. Shortly after arrival at our new headquarters, we got to work calibrating our Mitutoyo Austria GmbH CRYSTA-Apex series CMM by verifying its accuracy against a certified reference gauge. This ensures that our measurements remain highly precise and reliable. The machine provides us with: ??Ruby-tipped probe – Delivers ultra-fine contact precision while minimizing wear ??Granite base – Ensures long-term dimensional stability for consistent and reliable measurements ??Vibration isolators – Making sure that no outside vibrations are transmitted into the machine base ??Micron accuracy – While the human hair is 50–100 microns thick, this machine operates in a range of 1 to 2 microns of guaranteed accuracy By keeping our measurement equipment at peak performance, we strengthen our commitment to quality, reliability, and precision engineering, ensuring that every component we supply meets the highest industry standards ???? #Metrology #CMM #PrecisionEngineering #Aerospace
