This manual will provide you a checklist and plan to build a gas quality team: "Managing gas quality requires that a company has a comprehensive plan for their pipeline system.?Although each company’s plan will be different, the approach to establishing a plan will be similar.?In developing a plan, a company needs to understand substitute gas expectations as well as adjustment gas history.? There are generally four areas to consider in developing a plan: 1) Establish the company’s gas quality goals; 2) Understand the history and the constraints within which the company must operate 3) Determining the company’s system and equipment requirements and 4) Establish a sustainable, ongoing monitoring program."
