Yesterday, we launched our annual Intercity Visit in the vibrant city of Orlando, FL! Our delegates attended to an insightful session with Danielle Permenter from Orlando Economic Partnership, who presented an overview of Orlando's economic landscape. We also heard from Anne-Marie Hayward of the Orlando Business Journal, who shared the latest buzz on emerging trends and hot topics in the local business scene. We had the opportunity to attend the Orlando Pride Semifinals and experience a ride in Beep's cutting-edge autonomous vehicle. GarzaEMC and Square One Consultants, Inc, rolled up their sleeves and teamed up with the Neighbors and Property Beautification crew at Mobile Loaves & Fishes Community First! Village—one of our valued clients—to help create a beautiful new water feature for their residents. It was a welcome change to step away from computers and architectural plans and make a hands-on contribution. Yesterday, we swapped office lights for natural wonders at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center! ??? As part of our work on the Wildflower Center Comprehensive Plan with Studio Outside, Lake-Flato Architects, Siglo Group, and Ten Eyck Landscape Architects, we had the incredible opportunity to tour La Crosse Cave, guided by the City of Austin Watershed Protection Department. From underground views to above-ground ideas, it's a reminder that inspiration can come from the most unexpected places. And hey, if the cave didn’t inspire us, at least it lit up our day! ???

We are so grateful to celebrate the grand opening of the City of Austin's Dove Springs Public Health Center. The 23,000 SF facility with a floor footprint of 16,000 SF will act as a central hub for the Dove Springs community offering preventative health care, job opportunities, and childcare. We are honored to have teamed with our partners, Marmon Mok, SpawGlass, and Datum Rios on this project. We look forward to continuing to serve our community one development at a time!
