Congratulations to associate principal Andrew Huelsman, PE,CEM on his 15th anniversary with Garmann Miller! A professional mechanical engineer and certified energy manager, he plays a key role in master facilities planning and design for our K-12 clients in Indiana and Ohio, while also serving as an executive director. Beyond the office, Andrew gives back to his hometown community of St. Henry, Ohio, by volunteering with local youth soccer and softball programs. #creategm #workanniversary

Celina City Schools, in collaboration with the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission, partnered with Garmann Miller on a renovation of its existing intermediate school and a 115,000-square-foot addition. The new space features classrooms for its youngest learners in grades PK-3, while the enhanced intermediate school has been reprogrammed to serve grades 4-6.
