We had a great time making beef stir fry for the guests at the House! As part of our mission, Hospitality House Young Professionals cook at least one meal per month for Hospitality House of Charlotte guests. A home cooked meal in difficult times can really make a difference. What do you do when it is cold outside? You gather your friends and colleagues and get to the Gardner Skelton PLLC Second Annual Chili Cook Off! We always enjoy a little healthy competition and everyone definitely showed up to represent their favorite recipe, whether it be traditional, unique, or extra spicy. Many congratulations to our winners circle: Ryan Downes, Bruce Kennedy, Suzanne Marak, Heather Skelton, Richard Rosario, Kyle McLain, and Magda Barzak (not pictured). New winners were crowned and a good time was had by all.
