We'll be attending the 2nd Annual Excellence in Construction, Design & Engineering of Battery Giga Factories event 4-6th December! The Faraday Institution predicts that by 2030 the UK will need the equivalent of six gigafactories each producing 20GWh per year of batteries. Only 47% of that demand is on track to be met by currently known or announced plans, which are expected to reach a combined capacity of 57.6 GWh by 2030. Last Thursday two celebrated G&T teams met on the pitch at Paddington Recreation Ground for our annual Under 30s vs Over 30s football match. After an incredible game, the Unders emerged victorious with a well-deserved 5–2 win over the Overs.
