Demo is underway at the historic Quality Shop building! Built in the early 1900s, with warehouse additions in the 1940s, this space is getting a new life. The High Street fa?ade and display windows will be preserved, keeping its vibrant retail presence, while the rest of the building will be thoughtfully converted into modern apartments—bringing new energy and housing opportunities to the area.
