Under the direction of the Accounting Manager, the Accounts Payable Clerk will reconcile invoices to purchase orders and input into our ECI M1 software program. The Accounts Payable Clerk will process the AP invoices for payment on a weekly basis and prepare manual checks upon request by their supervisor. They will identify discrepancies and resolve any variances with the vendor and/or the purchasing department. The Accounts Payable Clerk will create and maintain reports.
