The panelists will discuss whether the broad and flexible approach of Section 107 of the US Copyright Act may be more suitable to handle this issue than the more specific limitation clauses of European copyright law. The 38th Annual Privacy & Technology Law Forum (PTLF) is in the books! The second day was full of amazing content including state privacy laws, employment privacy, IP rights in AI, data transfers, ad tech, PIAs, building a brand and establishing a privacy program.
