Fascinating data. ?? A new study suggests that limiting #sugar intake in the first 1,000 days from conception may have long-term health benefits. UK data shows that children exposed to lower sugar levels from in-utero and early-life rationing had around 35% lower #diabetes risk and 20% lower #hypertension risk as adults, with disease onset delayed by several years.
