We figured it was about time for a last little update on on what we have going in underground before we indeed go vertical at Southridge Retail Plaza! We have just about all of our utilities in, so we got our friends at Mayor Construction on site to start getting our footings and foundation in! These guys are as professional as they come, do awesome work, and make our lives easier! This project, designed and supported by Milenko Kulasevic at DraftCo Design, Leslie Engineering, LLC, and Knutzen Engineering, is taking shape nicely, and all you folks commuting down 395 are going to start seeing more than just some dirt moving shortly! Y'all wonderful folks driving up and down 395 might have just noticed a new sign...which is exactly what we wanted! Very shortly, this sign won't be the only structure above ground you'll see. As our project is just about to go vertical, we wanted to continue to get the word out about what we have going on here, and what it potentially means for YOU! We have surfacing and striping down folks! This awesome project at Prosser High School is starting to look like a premier facility! We have nets showing up shortly, so you can expect another video update showing off some of the best tennis courts around! Rumor has it there may be some pickleball courts in the near future as well... GAME is always looking for new challenges and new projects to showcase the many ways in which we deliver for our clients. GAME INC makes it on stage!

This week, GAME has been hard at work at the new roundabout going in at Dallas Road and Trowbridge Boulevard! With four utility road crossings to get completed, time was of the essence with having to bring in traffic control and have a phased road shutdown! Thankfully, we had two crews on site to get this done in no time at all (including running into a few unforeseen snags once we got into the dirt under the road)! As a bonus, you can see the amazing Affinity Apartment project in the background we have been working on with Inland Group! We are throwing in roof drains this next week and putting the finishing touches on the utility package!

Well folks, we have a new project that has kicked off, and we couldn't be more excited about this one! Eight new retail spaces are coming your way, Kennewick, at the soon to be Southridge Retail Plaza! We have started moving dirt, and we have some amazing trade partners lined up to help us bring this incredible project to life! We are literally a few minor pieces away from full project completion at Ben Franklin Transit's new Queensgate hub! Very soon we should have our enclosure gates on site and installed, but in the meantime, we are very proud to see buses and passengers utilizing this amazing space! Huge shoutout to BFT and Wenaha Group on letting us build this amazing project!

Vista Field has had some exciting updates lately and is starting to really take shape! We have the external panels going back up after some steel framing upgrades, as well as ongoing electrical work! Huge shoutout to our trade partners at Puri-T Welding and Alpine Electric for their amazing work! We can't wait to show off what this turns into and what Port Of Kennewick does with this space!
