Special shoutout to our very own Keli Frymire, PLA who had an opportunity last month to share the Harpeth Square development with her planning colleagues in Florida.?She was invited to speak at a continuing education luncheon hosted by the Emerald Coast Section of the American Planning Association Florida. The development narrative discussed the project's vision, details for the entitlement and development process, and highlights the lasting impacts for the City of Franklin and the region.?The presentation was awarded two continuing education hours for historic preservation. ????

In our work as landscape architects and planners, we place great importance on the preservation of historical sites. This practice involves conserving a location's physical elements and safeguarding its cultural and historical value. By honoring past elements with present-day design, we can craft spaces that narrate a storied history and establish a connection between individuals and their heritage.
