Our team optimized space and cost through innovative design and close collaboration with local stakeholders. After a significant fire in 2017, we collaborated with Sandy City to renew and redesign their public works facilities to significantly improve operational efficiency and support the city’s continued growth. This multi-phase project included reconstructing the administration office, modernizing the fuel island, replacing the maintenance garage and office, constructing indoor vehicle storage, and enhancing site circulation. We are expanding our #ElectricHighway with the nation’s largest electric vehicle charging facility near Sacramento International Airport - Sacramento County Department of Airports opening in late 2025. With support from the California Transportation Commission (CTC), we'll build 120 chargers, including 30 for passenger vehicles and 90 high-power chargers for commercial EVs. ?? Located across I-5 from the airport, this 100-acre facility will be powered by solar and SMUD energy. CEO Salim Youssefzadeh highlights its strategic location near major distribution centers.
