We’ll host a series of free trolley and walking tours on Three Thursdays: * October 17, 2024 *December 5, 2024, and *March 20, 2025 Each season, GNP partners with, brings visitors to, and promotes more than two dozen visual arts spaces. For this collab., they’ll host tours with stops at multiple galleries and TAC facilitated public art exhibits. WHAT IS GALLERY NIGHT? On the third Thursday of every month, from March through November, the city's hottest "art spots" open their doors for a visual arts party. You can take a free guided Art Trolley tour or choose your own itinerary, walking or driving to the galleries of your choice. Visit all the galleries that interest and intrigue you. Every gallery and museum is FREE on Gallery Night. WHAT TO EXPECT Watch glass blowers at work, discover folk art from around the world, talk with painters and photographers and meet new and interesting people. Each gallery offers a unique art experience with changing exhibitions featuring local, national and international artists. Start your own collection and support the local economy with a one-of-a-kind gift of art. Fine art purchases are tax-free in RI.
