We call them "Mission Megawatts." They are why Galehead exists: successful commercialization (NTP/CODs) of the projects we’ve developed by our downstream partners. We've celebrated nearly 1 GW of Mission MWs in just the last 6 months, finally and fully realizing pioneering greenfield strategies in the southwest, MISO South, and some contrarian corners of PJM. In some cases, projects with queue positions taken back in 2018 are just reaching commercial maturity. They create a list of Galehead case studies on broken interconnection procedures and timelines that is longer than I’d like it to be. But our team, and our partners, managed. Managed more. Mitigated, stretched, innovated, endured. And the flip side is, we didn’t know how painful the timelines would be back in 2018, 2019, 2020… so we never stopped. By consistently honoring our upstream business model and building our pipeline through the early 2020s, ahead of some of the worst and most recent queue congestion, our Mission MWs curve is steepening. More than 1.5 GW of Galehead’s projects are positioned by our downstream partners for imminent or FY25 NTPs. Behind that, our capacity for greenfield development so stubbornly executed in the early 2020s resulted in a multi-GW development pipeline that will be, in the words of the White House, “Unleashing American Energy” through the back half of the decade. May the best electrons win. Reflecting on this latest 1 GW batch of Mission MWs, and anticipating those ahead, I am incredibly proud of: 1. The commitment, excellence and determination of our team,? 2. Our consistency and dedication to our upstream development model and capabilities, 3. The range, agility and scale of projects we’ve successfully originated, 4. The quality of our downstream partners, including Macquarie’s capital support. Thanks to all that have contributed to these most recent milestones. The Mission Continues... --- Thanks Dru Steubing for shooting these Galehead Mission MWs during a recent field trip:

Galehead’s Vanessa Witte recently spoke at Solarplaza’s Energy Storage Summit, where experts discussed how new and improved battery storage systems are changing the way we manage and trade energy in North America. With multiple GWs of storage capacity in our pipeline and more on the horizon to address the growing energy demands of AI and the expanding BESS market, Galehead is partnering with developers and customers to provide renewable energy solutions that meet energy demands, specific locational needs, and ultimately ensure stability and resilient power generation. If you see us at a conference, don't hesitate to stop by and say hello. We’re always excited to engage in conversations and brainstorm with industry peers about advancing the Energy Transition. #RedefiningUpstream #EnergyTransitioned

Galehead recently joined the conversation surrounding the intersection of power and digital infrastructure at the inaugural Yotta conference. Check out Nick Gates and Taylor Lalemand, LEED AP, PMP's key takeaways on this evolving space!
Yotta 2024! The Yotta Conference opened up fresh perspectives on the intersection of power and digital infrastructure, especially in the data center developer space where time to power is crucial. The question isn’t just how do we meet this demand? - it’s how do we do it reliably, sustainably, and at scale? ? Is nuclear the solution? Natural gas? Renewables?? ? The answer: all of the above. ? With 2030 decarbonization mandates looming, load and generation developers are balancing urgency, reliability, and sustainability. Whether it's natural gas for rapid deployment, nuclear for reliability, or renewables for net-zero targets, the right mix is key. ? The rapid growth of #AI and pressure on energy systems isn't exactly breaking news, but the time has come to merge our technologies and skillsets. By aligning strengths across developers, regulators, and capital markets, we have an opportunity to seize this moment for economic growth and build the foundation for long-term resilience. ? Our team at Galehead Development has been here before, and we'll continue to make an impact. Excited to share more on this evolving space in the coming months! #ImpactInfrastructure #EnergyTransitioned Taylor Lalemand, LEED AP, PMP
