The Globalization and Localization Association (GALA) is a global, non-profit trade association for the global language industry. Our member community consists of a diverse group of organizations and includes: ? language technology developers ? translation and interpreting service providers ? universities ? organizations and enterprises that rely on those technologies and services to communicate with global and multilingual audiences. As a membership organization, we support our member companies and the globalization sector by ? creating professional communities ? championing standards ? sharing knowledge, and advancing best practices and professionalism.
