Wrapping up the first year of building ???????????????? ???? for Drilling Engineers! ?? ???????????????? ??.??: Reflecting back, it's amazing how naive I was thinking we could just use a generic LLM and fine-tune the heck out of it with #oilandgas expertise. We achieved only about 45-50% accuracy. ?? ???????????????? ??.??: Building on our modest progress, we integrated Knowledge Graphs and specialized ML modules to tackle challenges beyond the LLM's capabilities. This enhancement pushed our accuracy to 65-75% for various use cases. ?? ???????????????? ??.??: This was still not good enough considering the level of drilling data/workflow complexities we were dealing with. We had to do something different and we built a specific Oil&Gas LLM + AI Agent framework (OGAI), supported by an advanced proprietary RAG architecture. This transformation has open ways to build an exceptional product that we hope to deliver to you in Q1 2025.
