Very appreciative of our field day experience with Adam Gailey, MS, PWS. Conservation Science students learned about identifying wetlands, native and invasive plants and soils. They also had opportunity to explore careers and network with environmental scientists. Gailey Environmental LLC is an Environmental Education and Consulting Company located in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Founded on principles of science, education, and leadership, Gailey Environmental offers regional wetland delineation training, phase I environmental site assessments, stream and wetland delineation and reporting, and environmental permitting services. Gailey Environmental brings hands on training to several regional locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia multiple times a year, making it convenient and cost-effective to offer specialized training to you or your staff. Course offerings include 36 Hour Wetland Delineation Training, Introductory Permit Training, and Continuing Education & Professional Development Credit Classes. All courses are taught in our region, by a Professional Wetland Scientist who lives and works in our region. With nearly 20 years of experience, founder, Adam Gailey, MS, PWS, has supported and managed projects for a number of various clients throughout the United States and Puerto Rico, including local and county governments, private landowners, the energy sector, the Department of Transportation and the Department of Defense. Wetland Training Grant Opportunity!!?Grant Recipient Tuition Rate: $550 Gailey Environmental LLC is happy to announce that we have been selected to partner with Glenville State University, through the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) Power Grant/Appalachian Hardwood Training Initiative (AHTI). Through the ARC Power Grant and AHTI, we will be providing 36-Hour Wetland Delineation Training at Glenville State University from March 25-28, 2024.?Grant provided tuition offset is available to qualified individuals in the hardwood and natural sciences/resources field (foresters, surveyors, biologists, etc). Grant Recipient Tuition Rate: $550 ? Regular Rate Tuition: $1,200? This training is open to both grant and non-grant attendees. Please contact us for additional information on training and how to apply for the grant. This course is intended to provide all attendees with a fundamental understanding of wetland delineation and the proper demarcation of wetland boundaries.?The concepts and skills learned during this course can be applied to project-related delineations.?
