PROJECT SPOTLIGHT | Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute GAI provided planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture for the 2.5-acre site that is now home to the Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute, Spanning 375,000 sq ft, the project was completed in two phases. The first phase included delivery of a six-story medical office pavilion, while phase two included a seven-story facility featuring Florida’s first orthopedic hospital. The project has received a?Regional Best Projects?award from ENR Southeast, an Excellence in Construction award from Associated Builders and Contractors Central Florida, and a?Golden Brick Award?from the Downtown Orlando Partnership.
