A groundbreaking + breakdancing = the perfect day! Congratulations to San Diego Unified School District, the Gafcon Team, and industry partners on a successful groundbreaking for the Paradise Hills Elementary School Whole Site Modernization and Joint-Use Field project. The project will deliver a state-of-the-art, two-story facility, modernized classrooms, enhanced security, a new grass playfield, and sustainable solar-powered shade structures. The new facility will serve as the main campus entrance, featuring modern general-purpose classrooms, collaborative workspaces, a welcoming lobby, and student support offices. A new student drop-off and pick-up area and expanded parking will ease traffic, while perimeter fencing and a secure entry point will enhance campus safety.? Additionally, the joint-use field, complete with a walking/running track, play courts, and play equipment, will be accessible to the community after school hours! Congratulations to RIVERSIDE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, the Gafcon team, and our industry partners on the successful ribbon-cutting ceremony for Project T.E.A.M. ? The project included the complete modernization of the existing Project T.E.A.M. campus, replacing outdated portable classrooms and restrooms with new modular buildings. Riverside Unified School District provides a life skills vocationally based curriculum to individuals with significant disabilities, ranging in age from 19-22 years old. The curriculum model, known as the Transition Education Adjustment Model, or Project T.E.A.M., is designed to equip students with the skills they need for a successful transition into adulthood.
